Trullo Rosa

Trullo Rosa is a few miles south of Alberobello set on a hillside in its own grounds of 2 acres with olive, almond, fig and walnut trees. Outside there is a large stone paved terrace and an original pizza oven built into the side of the trullo (great fun for all), there is also a purpose built barbecue area with a large gazebo to give protection from the sun, and plenty of outdoor furniture.

The Pool

A feature of Trullo Rosa is the large kidney shaped swimming pool which is between 1 and 2.4 metres deep and around 72 sq. metres in surface area. The pool is finished with mosaic tiles and natural stone edging. There is a diving board and underwater lighting for midnight swims plus a fabulous 6 person spa! All bath towels, pool towels and beach towels are provided and are changed weekly as is bed linen.

The Lounge / Dining Area

Within the original part of the Trullo is the lounge with its domed ceiling and comfortable settees, you can watch TV (including Italian satellite), view DVDs or listen to music on the CD player. The dining area, which is set in an alcove off of the lounge, is big enough for family dining. Following through the dining room leads you to the new part of the Trullo, where you will find the kitchen, two of the three bedrooms and two shower rooms (one being en-suite).

The Kitchen

The stone kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and hob, and a door leading out to the terrace and pool area.

The Bedrooms (sleeps 6)

There is one twin room in the original part of the Trullo and two double bedrooms, one with en-suite, in the extension. Both have patio doors which lead out to the terrace and pool. Cots can also be provided if required.
